Biography

Lt. Commander Yograj Negi started his Professional Career as a manager with Eli Lilly, later he served Indian Navy for ten years. He was a senior manager in Fugro India,  before getting associated with an CDI(NGO), founded an institute of Rural Mountain Management (institute works for spreading awareness about the importance of saving mountains and fully sponsored short term rural management course ). He is  a learning faculty in Vanquisher Institute of Learning , an institute dedicated to developing entrepreneurs and leaders for integrative growth of India. He has been a consultant to various national and multinational organizations.

He is an advisor to various Technical colleges for Academic- Industry interface. His theory of OSOCAT-Y (One Student One Career At a Time) has revolutionized the approach of Higher education by making it accountable and career oriented. A well renowned trainer; he is also a motivational speaker of national repute.

He is the author of highly accepted self help book “Take Your Dream Job”- Diamond Publication.

Yograj Negi is a management student of IIM-Lucknow, is a M.Sc. in Physics and in Mathematics. He is a certified Hydrographer and shallow geophysical surveyor .He has a specialization in Digital Cartography, Geographical Information System and Remote Sensing.
